Inter Globe Technologies is visiting the campus of Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology for their placement drive scheduled for October 28 and 29, 2013. Placement drive is for all B.E. /B. Tech (CS/IT)/MCA students 2013/14 batch.

Company will recruit the candidates for the post of ASE (Assistant Software Engineer) and Customer Service Executive (CSE).

Eligibility criteria for ASE (Assistant Software Engineer):

• MCA 2013/14 batch having 60% in graduation and 65% throughout- (for 2013 Joining Immediate)

• B. Tech CS/ IT 2013/14 batch 65% throughout –(for 2013 batch Immediate Joining)

Eligibility criteria for Customer Service Executive (CSE):

• BE/ MCA Graduate fresher 2013/2014 can apply, with excellent communication. Candidates with less than 65%.

Shortlisted students will be working as trainees for first 6 months and on successful completion on assessment they will be taken as ASE. CSE candidate will get an opportunity to move into IT role after 1 year based on performance.

Required skills:

• To be able to provide customer service and support to InterGlobe clients on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings keeping in minds various SLA’S like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversation & efficient customer service.

• To be able to deal with customers from India, US, UK and Asia Pacific where it may require taking few calls in Hindi as well.

• Training can be 6 days working and post certification the working days could be 6/5 working days, depending on the process that the employee would be finally transferred to.

• Photo ID Card(Driving License / Passport / Voter ID)

Online test for IT eligible students will be conducted on October 28, 2013; HR and Technical interviews will be on October 29, 2013.
