Placements 2012 at Jaipur Engineering College & Research Centre (JECRC)

Jaipur Engineering College (JECRC) and Research Centre, affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan has set a record placement of its students in various national and multinational companies. The major recruiter included Tata Consultancy Services, a giant in the IT industry, with a selection of 243 students of batch 2012 (out of 600 total students) established a record of stand-alone recruitment drive made ever in Rajasthan. Highest package went upto 8.5 lakh by Future Group. Total 324 students got placed in various other companies including Syntel, Tata Technologies and Tally Solution. Arpit Aggarwal, Director JECRC Foundation said that Jaipur has been attracting many IT companies, including TCS and Infosys as major recruiter. He added that collaboration of Jecrc Foundation with the prestigious Alabama University (US) will certainly increase the placement opportunities in future.
