Leading company Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. visited the Birla Institute of Technology, Sindri campus on January 16, 2014 to conduct a recruitment drive.
This drive was for B. Tech students. A huge crowd was witnessed by BIT on the day. Students participated in the drive with their best zeal.
As a result Company had selected few students for various posts. Among the participants 5 candidates from mechanical, 3 from metallurgical, and 2 from chemical were selected by the company. Selection was done on the basis of written test followed by personal interview.
Selected candidates will be paid 3.8 LPA. They will have to undergo a training period after joining. Detail information will be intimated to the students.
