Placement result out for Graphic Era University

Graphic Era University witnessed the presence of WIPRO for their campus selection of 2013. Ample amount of students appeared in the placement and among them 130 students placed successfully from Graphic Era University in WIPRO this time.

In the changing global environment, a suitable job is of utmost importance for the students graduating from any discipline. Thus, to facilitate this aspiration of the students we at Graphic Era University have a full-fledged Training and Placement department – The Corporate Resource cell, which works towards the fulfilment of the student’s aspirations of having the best professional career.

Every year placement cell of Graphic Era University organizes placement where various companies come to select candidates and many students get the chance to try their luck.

Companies like Accenture, Wipro, Infosys Technologies, Samsung Software Labs, Syntel India Ltd., I- Flex, L&T Infotech Ltd., HCL Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, Impetus, Nucleus Software, Polaris Labs, Assurgent Technologies, Perot Systems, IBM, Tech Mahindra ltd., Sapient Corporation, Inter Globe Technologies, Indian Army, Indian Navy, Altria group etc have been kind enough to provide placements to the students. The students have been from B Tech. (Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Information Technology and Mechanical branches), MCA, MBA, M Sc IT and M. Tech. Many of the students have also taken up teaching as a profession and have been placed as Lecturers with various engineering college in the state of Uttarakhand and neighbouring states.

This year various companies visited the campus and WIPRO was one of them. WIPRO has selected 130 students from GEU. It is indeed a good opportunity for the students to start their career that to with a reputed company and brand name.
