EPA Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd has conducted a placement drive today (October 7, 2013) at Greater Noida Institute of Technology, Noida
College had witnessed a huge gathering coming to attend the placement session at GNIT Campus.

EPA Infrastructure is a Private Limited firm that was established by Mr. Paramjit Singh Sahai on April 1, 2003. Its business activity includes Specialized Construction works for the Building and Infrastructure sectors; like Waterproofing of Basements, Roofs, Terrace Gardens, sunken portions; Vacuum Dewatered Flooring, Industrial Flooring like PE Foam Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Dust Proofing of concrete floors, Floor Repairs, Sound Proofing, Structural Strengthening, Corrosion and Fireproofing, Insulation of buildings etc.

Placement is for BE/B. Tech (Civil) 2014 batch for the post of Project Engineers and Technical Sales Engineer.

Candidate should passed 10th with 60% and 12th with above 65%.Provisional degree of 65% in BE/B. Tech is preferable. Students shouldn’t have any backlogs.

Job Description:

For Project Management/ Co-ordination Profile:

• Co-ordinate with All sites assigned to the PM/ RO for daily work Progress

• The person will be single point of contact for site engineer and purchase team

• Preparing Report for Head Office

• Handle clients call and co-ordinate same

• Report to Regional Manager/ Project Manager for advice on trouble shooting

For Technical Sales Profile:

• Locating new clients and projects which could benefit our Services.

• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a solution will meet client’s needs

• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

• Bill of Quantities, Costing, Tendering and Offer Preparation
• Negotiating and closing sales

Candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in
• Online aptitude test

• Technical test- The candidate will be checked on his fundamentals on Civil Engineering

• Psychometric test for sort listed candidates

• Group Discussion

• Personal interviews

Documents need to be submitted at the time of interview:

• College ID card (Original + Photocopy)

• Updated Resume - (2 Nos.)

• Passport Size Colour Photos - (2 Nos.)

• Photocopies of all Mark sheets (X, XII, B. Tech All Semesters)

After the selection candidates will be placed in Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore branches. They will have to undergo 6 months of training period initially at head office / Delhi Regional Office (DRO) and various construction sites in DRO. After Successful training they shall be assigned to sites or Regional offices. The job description would be as described below.
