NIT, Agartala Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D Admissions 2022

NIT has different eligibility criteria for different Ph.D streams:

For Ph.D in Engineering: Applicants need to have a Master's degree in engineering from a recognised university or institute.

For Ph.D in Science or Ph.D in Humanities & Social Science: Candidates should have a Master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or institute.

Ph.D in MBA: The candidates should have an MBA degree from a recognised university or institute.

NIT, Agartala Selection Procedure for Ph.D Admissions 2022

Applicants will be selected on the basis of their performance in the NIT written test for Ph.D admissions and personal interviews. NIT will release the list of shortlisted candidates on its official website on December 16, 2022 after which interview and test will be conducted on January 4, and the list of qualified candidates will be released on January 10.
