YMCA University of Science and Technology is all set to organize its orientation for B. Tech students.
To welcome the new batch University will organize an orientation programme on August 21, 2013. University has invited all students along with their parents to this event.
Attendance of first year students is compulsory for this event.
YMCA University of Science and Technology, formerly YMCA Institute of Engineering, is a state university located in Faridabad, in the state of Haryana, India. It was established in 1969.
YMCA University hold four year undergraduate B. Tech courses in several Engineering fields such as Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Electronics Instrumentation & Control. The intake for B. Tech courses in the 2011-2012 session is 420 in total and only the students with academic excellence are given admissions on the basis of their AIEEE ranks. Also the YMCA University of Science and technology offers Two year M. Tech courses in the similar branches. In addition YMCA offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) course also. Admission is preferably through the Common Admission Test (CAT) or Management Aptitude Test (MAT), but first class engineering graduates are also considered.
