Role:
Candidates will be working in night shift. The roles include:
- Includes knowledge and understanding of IT technologies and terminologies. It would also include Pharma and clinical requirements
- Understand and analyze required skill sets from the clients end
- Resume sourcing, use of job boards, social media.
- Resume formatting and CRM
- Cold calling – Inbound and Outbound calls
- Screening, Interviewing and Processing
- Building rapport with the candidates
- Closely working for the onsite requirements IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Understanding of VISA and TAX terms of the US (good to have)
