• Migration Certificate

• Character Certificate

• Certificate claiming Reservation Benefits.

• Certificate of Sports Participation at University/State/National Level.

• Medical fitness Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner or CMO.

• Passport size photograph and ticket size photograph.

• Self Address envelope with Rs. 0.5 stamp Affixed.

• Gap Certificate.

• NCC/NSS Sports Certificate.
