ONGC Recruitment through GATE 2022 Eligibility Criteria

For AEE, it is mandatory for a candidate to have Graduate Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with Physics and Math at B.Sc. level with 60% marks from a recognised University/institute.

For Chemist, the candidate should have a Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks

For Geologist, one must have a Post Graduate Degree in Geology with minimum 60% marks

For Geophysicist, the candidate should have a Post Graduate Degree in Geophysics with minimum 60% marks

For Material Management Officer, applicants must possess a Graduate Degree in Mechanical /Instrumentation/Petroleum/Chemical/ Electronics/Telecom Engineering with 60% marks.

For Programming Officer, the candidate should have aGraduate Degree in computer Science/ IT /Computer Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

For Transport Officer, the candidate should have a Graduate Degree in Auto Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Also, every applicant needs to be a citizen of India.
