NU-MAT for MBA Admissions 2014-15

A special entrance test (NU-MAT) will be conducted for admission into the MBA Programme (Batch 2014-15) of the School of Management Studies, Nagaland University, Dimapur.

Candidates who could not appear in any of the National Level Management Aptitude Tests such as MAT/ CMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA can take this exam.

Those with valid MAT/CMAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA score may also sit for NU-MAT if they desire so. 

Eligibility/ Selection Criteria for Admission:

i) Any Graduate with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). Candidates who have appeared in their Bachelor Degree final exam and awaiting their results can also apply.

ii) The written test will be followed by Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

iii) Final Selection will be based on the performances in written test, GD and PI.

How to Register for NU-MAT 2014

Registration forms for NU-MAT( Written Test) and the Admission Brochure can be obtained from the Admission Counter of the Administrative Block, Nagaland University Residential Campus, Land Mark Colony, Dimapur – 797112, Nagaland on payment of Rs. 1,100/- (Rs. 1,000 for SC/ST). The filled in application forms need to be submitted at the same office. 

Important Dates:

i) Last Date of issue and submission of form for NU-MAT: 09th July 2014

ii) Date of NU-MAT (Written Exam): 11th July 2014

iii) Date of GD and PI (Group Discussion & Personal Interview): 14 & 15th July 2014

iv) Declaration of Result: 16th July, 2014

v) Date of Admission for MBA 1st Semester Classes: 21 – 25th July, 2014

vi) Commencement of Classes: 1st August, 2014
