Uttar Pradesh Technical University has started admission process for the academic session 2014-16.The following students have enrolled for B. Tech NRI quota and have been selected for counselling to be held on June 19, 2014.
Important documents to be produced:
- Students have to bring the below documents along with while coming for the counselling. No student will be entertained without the same
- Original Mark sheet of (10+2 ) or equivalent examination
- Original certificate of High School (10th class) for proof of age
- The proof/ certificate in original, to establish identify of being ward of Kashmiri Migrant
- Original certificate obtained from Indian Diplomatic Mission/ Chancellery/High Commission under their seal to the effect that the candidate or the person sponsoring him/her is NRI in that country presently, without which the candidature will be cancelled
- Original document/certificate clearly indicating that the candidate is real brother/real sister/real son/real daughter or children of real son/daughter or real brother/sister of the NRI
- A letter from NRI certifying that he / she is sponsoring the candidate and is ready to bear educational expenses of the candidate for the entire duration of the programme
- Three recent passport size photographs
Students are also required to bring two separate account payee bank draft of Rs. 1000 as counselling fee (non-refundable) and bank draft of Rs. 5000 as an advance fee respectively, each in favour of "Finance Officer, U.P. Technical University, Lucknow" payable at Lucknow.
University would not accept CASH payment in any case. Allotment of seat is not guaranteed to every candidate.
As per the existing U.P. Govt. Order, the tuition fee for NRI candidate is $7,000.00 (USD 7000) per year. The selected candidates have to deposit the fee in the allotted institute latest by June 22, 2014 to secure his/her admission failing which the allotment shall stand cancelled.
