Notice for Re-registration by Delhi Technological University

Students who wish to register and attend classes to some of the selected papers from previous semesters to appear in mid-sem and end sem exams for Odd-sem, 2022 (3rd, 5th and 7th semester), are required to deposit required fee, and submit duly filled registration form along with a copy of last declared result latest by July 29, 2022 (without late fee) or by August 16, 2022 (with a late fee of Rs. 50 per day) to Academic-UG section. Students registering for a full semester need to attend all classed and must have the minimum required attendance for appearing in End-sem examinations. No re-registration will be allowed after August 16, 2022.

Registration forms may be downloaded from DTU official website from the Academic Page. Students have to be sure before applying for registration as once-re-registered; the registration in the subject will not be cancelled/withdrawn under any circumstances and marks allotted earlier will stand withdrawn.

Maximum number of subjects in which a student can register for attending the classes and appearing for mid-term:

Regular Students:

Maximum o06 minus a number of Theory papers of the current semester in which student is currently registered and attending classes.

Ex-Students:

Six papers in a semester i.e. in Odd Semester, the papers of 3rd, 5th and 7th semester and in an even semester, the papers of 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th semester. Subjects from Multiple Semester are permitted subject to the suitability of Time-Table.

General Instructions:

All the students have to submit registration exam forms along with fee receipt to Academic-UG section. The forms should be filled carefully and overwrite and cut should be avoided. Ex-students should apply on separate Form meant only for ex-students. All students have to bring passport size photograph for pasting the same on admit card.

Fee Structure:

Registration for attending classes and appearing Mid and End Semester exams.

a) Rs. 5500 per paper (not semester) (Rs. 5000 tuitions fee+ Rs. 500 examination fee per paper) till July 29, 2022.
A separate notification for registration for back paper/improvement will be issued.
