By addressing all students, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college, Atma Ram Santan Dharm College are requested to submit their articles (in English/Hindi/ Sanskrit) regarding Poetry/Story/Short Story/Essay/Articles/Jokes/Cartoons/Quotable Quotes/Sketches etc. on or before January 17, 2014.

Last date for receiving of entries has been extended to January 17, 2014 and all the articles need to be submitted to

Terms and conditions to be adhered:

• The article must be original

• All articles must be written on one side of the page only

• All articles should be either types or neatly hand-written

• All articles must bear the Name, Class, Roll no and Residential

Address with contact no and if desired, a passport sized photograph

• The normal prescribed length of article is 500 to 800 words

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College is a co-educational constituent college of the University of Delhi. The college was founded on August 3, 1959 by the Sanatan Dharma Sabha, Delhi. Late Shri Atma Ram Chadha, a well-known philanthropist, took over as chairman of the college governing body in 1967.

The college has a double-storied building comprising class rooms, lecture halls, a seminar room, department rooms, physics, chemistry, computer and electronics laboratories, a library, with over 90,000 books and journals, common rooms, a canteen, and an administrative block. The college maintains lawns, spacious playgrounds and sports facilities ranging from cricket, football, volleyball, basketball and indoor sports such as chess and table tennis.

The college has a debating society, Nimbus, which lays stress on individuals' personal growth. Its workings were restructured in September 2011 by the only appointed office bearer and vice president.

College offers four years undergraduate programme like BA, B. Sc, B. Com, MA, M. Com, M. Sc etc in Chemistry, English, Hindi, History, Mathematics, Physics, Sanskrit, Zoology, Political Science, Economics and Computer Science.
