NIRMAAN: Youth Parliament at Galgotias conducted

One day, the youth shall transcend all boundaries, leaving behind the taboos and prejudice, with alienation to violence and chaos , they shall march forward, for they are the light-bearers, leading the contingent of a fruitful today and a promising tomorrow. The aptness of this motto was incarnated in its live and robust form by the Parliamentarians divulging their opinions and debating their ideologies on the “Freedom of Speech and Expression” at the replica of the Indian Parliament at Galgotias University.

Galgotias University known for creating future global leaders and professionals took another iniative in the unexplored region of our society yet one of the most important one. The motivation of youth to take a stand and enter politics and Nirmaan was one of the best platform which spread awareness about present politics and gave the much needed boost to youth's involvement and inclination.

Enlivening the spirits of the conference, multitudinous opinions and varied stances were brought forth by the Youth Parliamentarians, for they were strict on their purpose, the ideology to contribute their bid to a country in flux; a dynamic nation that is receptive to the transformations that its youth demands. To improve is to change, but to aim for perfection is to change often. Their thoughts made the world clear that they understand their responsibilities towards their nation in a complete sense.

As humungous constructive opinions were tabled, the basic definition of democracy achieved its crystal clear approach, which is a set up that has allowed room for everyone’s voice to be accommodated in the decision making process. The delegates in full sense, justified their portfolios. They stepped out of their insensitive conventional political- approach mode and stood united with their meticulous research on the agenda at hand.
