National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune is inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission to its Post Graduate Programmes (PGP) for academic year 2015.
Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to undergo the selection procedure, which comprises of NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT), Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA).
OR, candidates may also submit valid CAT / GATE / GMAT / CMAT scores secured after January 01, 2013.
Candidates who wish to apply need to submit their applications before 12th December, 2014.
Courses Offered:
1. 2-Year PGP in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM)
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
2. 2-Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM)
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
3. 2-Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM)
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
4. 2-Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM)
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline / Architecture / Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
5. Eighteen Months Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB)
Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Students are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking as regards ownership of construction business.
6. 1-Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM)
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
7. 1-Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM)
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.
Note: Students in their final year can also apply for these programmes.
