NICMAR Announced Admissions for 2016

National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has announced the admissions for the year of 2022 for Post Graduate Programmes at its campuses namely, Pune,          Hyderabad, Goa, Indore and Delhi NCR.

The following are the courses for which the applications are invited:

• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM)-Offered from Pune, Hyderabad, Goa, Indore and Delhi NCR Campuses.
• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM)-Offered from Pune Campus.
• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUM)-Offered from Pune Campus.
• Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM)-Offered from Pune Campus.
• Eighteen Months Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB)-Offered from Pune Campus.
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quality Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM)-Offered from Hyderabad Campus.
• One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM)-Offered from Hyderabad Campus.

Admission Process:

Selection of students is made by the selection committee. Admissions are administered centrally from Pune campus. Those interested in admission to the various programmes may apply online, pay fees and upload documents through the official website.

Applications are scrutinised and eligibility is established on the basis of documents submitted. Eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection procedure, which comprises of NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) (or, other entrance examinations as specified below), Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA).
