Medical Council Committee (MCC) has announced the second round of results for seat allotment through National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test or NEET 2022 for admission to BDS / MBBS courses on Monday, September 12, 2022. Candidates who have cleared the entrance test can check the seat allocated to them by logging on to the official website of MCC.
Students who have been allotted a seat in round II will be required to report to their respective colleges, starting September 13, 2022 and before 5pm on September 20, 2022. Vacant seats after the September 20 will be transferred to the state quota.
Steps to check the NEET 2022 round II seat allotment results:
- Log on to ‘http://mcc.nic.in/MCCRes/HomePage.aspx’
- Go to ‘Download’ section
- Click on ‘Allotment Result Round 2’
- Check the result
All those candidates, whose category has been upgraded in same college and subject, will have to get an online relieving letter generated and take up admission as per the upgraded seat category. They should also generate a fresh admission letter for the upgraded category seat, failing which the allotted seat will be cancelled.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted NEET 2022 in two phases. The examination in first phase was conducted on May 1 while phase II exam was conducted on July 24. The results for both phases were declared on August 16, 2022.
