• Students from the States of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and J&K are not eligible for the 15% All India quota seats since these States had opted out of the All India Scheme since its inception. As per the NEET 2022 Important Dates, the online registration for NEET will begin in January 2022 and if the candidates from these state wish to claim eligibility, they must submit a Self Declaration online, which will be generated and printed automatically along with the confirmation page for the record and must be presented during counselling.
• The online Self Declaration of the candidates will be verified at the time of counselling and if found to be false at any time, the admission of such candidates shall be cancelled.
• Candidates from the States of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and J&K can appear in the NEET exam for admission to private medical and dental colleges or any Private/Deemed University and Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, subject to the fulfilment of the NEET Eligibility Criteria.
