National Seminar on Emerging Environmental Issues at Punjabi University, Patiala

Department of Law under Punjabi University, Patiala is organising a national seminar on ‘Emerging Environmental Issues: Legislative and Judicial Approach’ on October 22 and 23, 2012.

The seminar will address the following issues:

• Environmental Protection, Law and Policy in India
• Environment Protection: Judicial Approach
• International Environmental Legal Regime
• Natural Resource Management: Law and policy in India
• Environment Challenges of the 21st Century
• Biodiversity and Environment
• Ecology & Religion
• Environmental Education

Registration procedure:

Participants can confirm their registration by sending their abstract of about 300 words by October 12, 2012 and full paper by October 19, 2012 at markpolo825@yahoo.co.in
No registration fee will be charged.
