M.Tech (Aviation) Entrance Exam on 15th September, 2013

University of Pune is conducting an entrance exam on 15th September, 2013 for admission to its newly introduced M.Tech in Aviation course.

The examination will be carried out at six centres across India and at Frankfurt in Germany.

Earlier, the university had announced its collaboration with Germany's top pilot training and flight school, Fachshule Fur Luftfahrzeugfuhrer (FFL), to launch the first-of-its-kind M.Tech (Aviation) course.

Duration of the Course:

Two Years (4 Semesters)

Eligibility

Candidates with a degree in BE/B.Tech or BS with a specialization in engineering can apply

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of overall performance in the written test and interview.

Test Pattern

The written examination will feature 50 multiple choice questions that will test the candidate’s analytical abilities, logical reasoning, knowledge of relevant engineering branch, physics, mathematics and fundamental knowhow about the field of aviation. The paper will be of total 50 marks.

Candidates who qualify the written test will be interviewed. The interview will be conducted to judge the candidate on aspects like hand-eye coordination; aptitude test; technical and medical tests.
