Medi-Caps University, Indore Conducts Placement for Transparency Market Research Pvt. Ltd.

Medi-Caps University, Indore gave a warm welcome to a market research company Transparency Market Research Pvt. Ltd. (TMR), Pune visited the campus on November 18, 2022.

 

TPO head Mr. Rahul Gupta by welcoming them said that it was a great opportunity for the students to work in their company and utilize their reasoning and analytical skills for the betterment of the organization.

 

During his speech, Mr. Sudip said that the company is searching for freshers with technical and managerial skills. He also said the candidate should be good enough at his/her communication skills followed by the soft skills and industrial exposure. 

 

The session started with Mr. Sudip Saha, the Chief Operating Officer of the company briefing about the vision and mission of the company. The company visited the campus to offer the post of Junior Market Consultants which in future will definitely be upgraded depending on the candidate's performance. The company offered the salary of INR 4.00 LPA. A candidate can expect up to 40-50 % growth in the given salary in the future.

Around 300 students from BE and MBA department participated in the drive. Some of them were seen tensed while some were much confident. By motivating the candidates Mr. Sudip asked them not to panic, which somehow will effect on their performances. 

 

The company conducted a few rounds to select the candidates including written test covering aptitude, reasoning and general knowledge, followed by an online test at the computer lab. 

 

Those who cleared the written test were called in the evening for the interview round. The interviewer took two rounds split over two days. First was the HR round covering the basic questions followed by technical round. Half of the candidates were called on next day for the interview. The questions asked in the interview were about the hobbies and interest of the candidate, their branch, family background, Business Estimate etc.

 

As the company already done with all the placement rounds, the candidates who fulfil companies requirements in all parameters will get the call letter and going to be a part of this big brand.
