MBA admission on at KSOM, KIIT University

KIIT School of Management (KSOM) invites application for its two year flagship MBA programme for the batch 2014-16.

The academic calendar for the two-year MBA batch of 2014–16 commences from the first week of July, 2014 and will end by April, 2022.

This time institute is also offering scholarship to meritorious students. The scholarship amounts to 50% waiver of the tuition fees for the following categories of eligible students:

• Top-25 students of KIITEE Management Entrance Examination

• Candidates with 90 Percentile and above score in CAT/XAT

• Candidates with 95 Percentile and above score in MAT

Interested candidate can apply with valid CAT / MAT / XAT/ CMAT / ATMA / GMAT score.

Eligibility criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline recognized by the AIU with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and having minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) with KIITEE MGT/CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/ ATMA score.

• The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned University/ Institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree.

• In case the University/ Institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing CGPA obtained with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant with 100.

• Those who are in their final year of graduation and awaiting their results by June, 2014 can also apply.

• Candidates awaiting KIITEE MGT/CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/ ATMA results can apply pending publication of results. Such candidates need to send their KIITEE MGT/CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA scores within 7 days of publication of results.

• Candidates in their final year degree and expecting graduation results within June, 2014 can also apply for the MBA Programme. Such applicants are required to submit along with their application form, a certificate from the Principal or Head of the Institution to the effect that the candidate is expected to complete all requirements for completion and award of the degree with in June, 2014.

Interested candidate with CAT/XAT score can obtain the application form from the official website and must submit it latest by February 15, 2014. Application process is closed on January 20, 2014 for candidates with Dec. MAT score.

Selection procedure:

Candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis of KIITEE MGT / CMAT /MAT / XAT / CAT/GMAT score for appearing in Group Discussion (GD) and / or Personal Interview (PI) at Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, New Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai.

• +2 / HSC Certificate and Mark sheet.

• Graduation (B.A., B. Com, B. Sc, Engineering etc.) Certificate and Mark sheet.

• College leaving Certificate.

• Migration Certificate

• Conduct Certificate

• KIITEE MGT/CMAT/MAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA Score card

• Caste certificate, if applicable

• Physically handicapped certificate, if applicable
