The Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) is inviting applications for Full Time/Part Time Ph.D programmes in 17 departments.

About MANIT

Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) is a deemed university. It is one of the National Insitutes of Technology of India. It was fromerly Known as Maulana Azad College of Technology (MACT), which was India's one of the first eight Regional Engineering Colleges. MANIT Bhopal was jointly established by the Government of India and Government of Madhya Pradesh. The institute is successfully meeting the objective of producing skilled manpower of the highest quality to cope up with challenges of ever evolving industrial needs of the country.

Applications are invited for Full Time/Part Time Ph.D programme in the following departments of the Institute:

Eligibility Criteria

You should have a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (CGPA 6.0) from a recognised university. Reservations will be done according to Government of India’s norms.

Selection Procedure

GATE/ NET qualified meritorious candidates with research aptitude will be given preference. An entrance test will also be conducted by MANIT. The short-listed meritorious candidates with research aptitude will be called for interview. A few of the full-time Ph.D candidates will be considered for Research Fellowship subject to availability.
