Massive Strike by the students of Pratap University

All the students of Pratap University were pissed off on the management and registrar of the University. This because of not getting the adequate facility after paying the amount the students were on strike from 5 days, started on October 6, 2013.

The strike was the only way left for the students now. They had also given a legal application to the university for these problems that they are facing, but the management just says that they will see, but there was no sort of action. The problem of getting good food, wifi connection in college , and a/c in hostels still was on swing.

The university is stating from the very starting that they would be given these facilities. But students are still away from these facilities and also bearing the unaffordable hostel fees. These all let the fire burn in the students and the university didn’t left any other way for students but to strike.

When the students were on strike, University registrar Miss Nidhi Choudhary, warned the students to stop the strike or they will be rusticated from the university. She came along with guards and also tried to flew away the students.

The problems were not the last as the university mess was closed due to not paying the amount of 48 lacs to the mess.

Some students were also admitted to the nearby hospital NIMS for treatment as they were ill due to hunger strike. But the matter is that still there was no sign of responding from management. They just kept ignoring the situation. A team of police also visited the campus to stop the strike but the unity of the student didn't let it happen. The students were on strike till all the facilities are comforted to them.
