Indian Institute of Health Management Research Jaipur is all preparing for a Management Development Programme to be held from October 31 to November 2, 2014
The programme will be on the topic Improving Interpersonal and Communication Skills for Managerial Excellence.
Objectives:
- To impart training on different & varied result based interpersonal skills that are vital for working professionals for achieving managerial excellence;
- To train the participants how to use different methods of imparting training for developing effective interpersonal skills of their employees in their respective organizations;
- To make the participants understand the importance of interpersonal skills in organization in general and in groups or team works in particular, and also in nurturing effective leadership for leading their organizations ahead of others in today’s competitive business.
