Maharashtra (MAH) CET Postponed to 11 March 2012

The MAH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test), the biggest state level entrance exam for pursuing an MBA in Maharashtra has been re-scheduled to 11th March 2012. The same has been mentioned on DTE's (Directorate of Technical Education) website.

The reason behind this re-scheduling of dates from 26th Feb 2012 to 11th Mar 2012 is most probably to avoid a clash with CMAT which is being conducted by AICTE & which is being held between 20th-28th Feb 2012.

MAH CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) (MAH - MBA/ MMS - CET 2012) is conducted by the Maharashtra state government for admission to the 2 yr full-time programme of MBA/MMS and PGDBM/PGDMin Government, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State. The admission to these courses (MBA/MMS) is centralized and is covered under Centralized Admission Process (CAP) carried by the Competent Authority of the State of Maharashtra. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) is the body that conducts the MAH CET.
