Hurry! Last Date to Apply for Jamia Distance UG/PG Course is Oct. 20, 2016

Jamia Millia Islamia Centre for Distance and Open Learning (CDOL) has started inviting applications from students seeking admission in distance UG/PG courses like Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in general, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Arts (M.A), Master of Commerce (M.Com) and Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) programmes in various subjects for the academic session 2022-17.

Aspirants are recommended to start filling their Jamia distance course application form as the admission process is underway; and submit the same before the last date i.e. October 20, 2022.

Also, applicants will have to appear for Jamia entrance test 2022, which will be conducted on November 13, 2022, to make it to the final selection round for getting admission in UG/PG distance courses.

Jamia Distance UG/PG Admission Eligibility Criteria

Jamia Millia Islamia CDOL follows different eligibility criteria for different courses:

For UG Programmes: Applicants must have 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognised board.

For PG Programmes: All the interested candidates seeking admission in PG distance courses need to have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks from a recognised university.

For Post-Graduate Diploma Programme: Aspirants should have a bachelor’s degree with minimum of 45% marks and Master’s degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized University. Also, applicants should have two-year full-time teaching/counselling experience on Temporary/ Permanent basis in a Primary/ Secondary/Sr. Secondary School/Institution/ NGOs/ Hospitals recognized by Centre /State / Union Territory.

• Visit the official website of Jamia MIllia Islamia CDOL
• Click on ‘Study at Jamia’ tab on the home page
• Click on ‘Admissions’ link
• Click on the respective course
• Fill the application form
• Attach the documents required
• Pat the Jamia application fees of Rs. 500/-
• Submit the form along with enclosures at the CDOL or concerned Study Center
• Keep a copy for future references

Candidates who can’t access internet can obtain the hard copies of Application Forms from the Maktaba Jamia Limited, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi or the concerned Study Centre.
