• To organize debates, elocution competition, essay competition, Seminars, Symposium, Excursion and Tour, Dramatic activities, Social Service and such other activities as are likely to benefit co-curricular activities of the students
• To organize and hold sports and games from time to time
• To make donation to poor boys’ fund of the University, colleges and University departments
• To publish magazines, bulletin and wall newspapers which may be displayed on the notice board
• Organizing and running Co-operatives
• Such other activities as will help in enhancing aims and objectives of the union
• To assist in solving students problems

About the University:

Kolhan University, Chaibasa is a public University. It was established in 2009 with 14 constituent colleges and 12 affiliated colleges. It offers numerous courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate level including some ad-on courses. The conventional courses include Medical/ Dental/ Engineering/ Law/ Management/ Education. Apart from these conventional courses, it offers a number of vocational courses at undergraduate and post graduate level.
