Know all About Vinayaka Missions University Engineering Entrance Exam (VMU EEE) 2012

Vinayaka Missions University Engineering Entrance Exam ( VMU EEE ) is conducted to select candidates for the various courses offered by the university and its associates institutes.

It is a mandatory test and has to be taken by the students who want to pursuie their Post Graduation from Vinayaka Mission University.

Vinayaka Missions had its inception in the year 1981 with the establishment of the Thirumuruga Kirupananda Variyar Thavathiru Sundara Swamigal (TKVTSS) Medical Educational and Charitable Trust. Not far from then, in 1982, the Founder-Chairman, Dr. A Shanmugasundaram instituted the Vinayaka Mission College of Pharmacy in Salem, the pioneer institution of Vinayaka Missions. In the year 2001 the "University" status was conferred on Vinayaka Missions by The Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India, with the recommendations of the UGC (Established Under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956) as an acknowledgement of its excellence, satisfaction of the highest level of academic standards and best infrastructural facilities provided to achieve preeminence in education and by virtue of this recognition Vinayaka Missions trascended to becoming Vinayaka Missions University (VMU) as the 48th University in India.

Eligibility Criteria for VMU EEE 2012

• Candidates seeking admission into engineering courses offered by Vinayak Mission University engineering entrance exam are required to pass their 10+2 or its equivalent examinaton with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects and candidates for Biotechnology, Bioinformatics & Biomedical courses have top pass the qualifying examination with Mathematics / Biology, Physics & Chemistry.
• Candidates seeking admission into B. Arch course offered by the Vinayaka Mission University (VMU) must have aggregate of 50% marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject.

VMU Engineering Entrance Examination is conducted by Vinayaka Mission University for admissions into engineering programs in the engineering Colleges of the University:

1.Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology (Chennai)
2.Vinayaka Missions Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College (Salem)
3.Salem School of Architecture (Only for B. Arch.)

Duration of the exam: 3 hours

Application Procedure for Vinayaka Missions University Engineering Entrance Exam 2012

• Application form for Vinayaka Mission University engineering entrance exam can be obtained by sending a DD for Rs.700/- for UG drawn in favour of Vinayaka Missions University, payable at Chennai or by paying cash in person at the below mentioned address.
• Application form can also be downloaded from the website and send along with a DD as stated above.
