KMAT 2022 exam dates have been announced by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPGCA) for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes offered at more than 150 private management schools in Karnataka. The KMAT 2022 application form has been made available from April 5, 2022.

The Karnataka MAT is an All India exam that will be held in more than 10 cities across the country. The exam is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2022. It is a conventional paper-pencil test.

Eligibility for KMAT 2022:

The eligibility criteria for KMAT is as under:

MBA/PGDM:

  • The candidate must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree with at least three years duration or a Master’s degree of any recognised body in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering/Technology or equivalent.
  • The management aspirant must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates)
  • The candidates appearing in their final year of Bachelor’s degree are also eligible.

MCA:

  • The applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks.
  • Also, the candidates should have studied Maths at 10+2 stage or at graduation level.

Selection Procedure for Karnataka MAT 2022:

The selection will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the state level management aptitude test.

KMAT 2022 Application Procedure:

The students can apply for the KMAT exam 2022 in both online and offline mode:

Online Mode:

The students can register themselves online on the official website from April 5 onwards.

Offline Mode:

  • The applicant can register online by visiting the official website.
  • Choose ‘Offline Mode Registration’ and download the application form.
  • Send the duly filled form along with the DD of the application fee to Triumph MediaTech.

Application Fee of KMAT:

The application fee for registration is Rs. 700.

KMAT 2022 Exam Pattern:

Test Structure

  • Paper Pen based test with 120 Multiple Choice Questions divided in four sections
  • No restriction to move to and fro among the sections
  • All questions carry 4 marks each for correct answer
