Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2012 Counselling Venue Shifted to National Institute of Technology, Karnataka (NIT-K)

The process of counselling for students who have successfully cleared Karnataka Common entrance test (KCET) for engineering courses will start from 13^th June, 2012.

The venue of counselling for KCET is shifted to National institute of technology, Karnataka (NIT-K) from Karnataka (government) Polytechnic (KPT).

Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2012 is conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for students seeking admission to Medical, Dental, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Naturopathy & Yoga, Engineering, Technology and Architecture courses in professional educational institutions in Karnataka for the academic session 2012 – 2013.

KCET exams were conducted from 21st May to 23rd May, 2012. The KCET result was announced on 6^th June, 2012.

Earlier the KCET counselling venue was Karnataka (government) Polytechnic (KPT) but due to lack of infrastructure Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) shifted the counselling venue to NIT- K.
