Karnataka AIPGMEE 2015: Single Entrance Test For PG Courses in Private And Govt Colleges

Students who are about to appear for Karnataka AIPGMEE 2015 for admission to MD/MS/Diploma seats won’t require to appear for any other examination for private medical colleges in the state. Department of Medical Education has confirmed that there will be no separate entrance test for private medical colleges and all the candidates including in-service will have to appear for a single examination.

The examination is scheduled to be held from 1^st to 6^th December 2014. The merit list of the same exam would be used by the Department of Medical Education for allotment of PG seats in various disciplines of Medical and Dental streams.

Students who haven’t applied as yet can do so until 10^th October 2014. The applicants can register online along with the prescribed fees as per the notification issued by National Board of Examination.

The examination shall be a multiple-choice questions test delivered using computer network. The test comprises of 300 multiple choices, single correct response questions in English language only. There shall be no negative marking.

A computer-based test will be conducted at test centers located in 33 cities in India.

About AIPGMEE 2015

AIPGMEE or All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination is eligibility cum ranking examination conducted by National Board of Examinations for admission to All India 50% quota of MD/MS/Diploma seats. The examination is not applicable in the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
