Kannur University is inviting applications for admission in Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programme for the academic session 2022-17.

The application process for Ph.D admission at Kanpur University is underway and  candidates can apply latest by August 6, 2022.

Candidates need to have a Master’s degree in Philosophy or an allied subject from a recognized University/Institute with minimum of 55 percent.

• Click on ‘Online Applictaion for Ph.D Programme’ in the latest News section on the home page

• Click on ‘APPLY ONLINE’ and fill the Kannur University’s Ph.D application form

• Submit the filled application form at ‘The Finance Officer, Kannur University, Kerala’ along with required enclosures and e-challan

• Keep a copy for future references

Kannur University Ph.D Admission Entrance Exam Pattern

• A written examination will also be conducted as a criterion to shortlist students for seat allocation. It will be a three-hour and 100 marks question paper that will test applicants’ eligibility.

• No re-evaluation of answer sheets will be allowed.

• Government/aided colleges and university’s regular teachers of philosophy with 5 years of teaching experience will be exempted from Ph.D entrance exam at Kannur University.

Candidates who will score minimum of 50% marks in the written examination will be termed qualified and will be called for further selection procedure.
