JNAFAU Announces Admission for Ph.D 2016 Programme Open

Admissions are open for Ph.D programme at Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU), Hyderabad. JNAFAU is offering Doctor of Philosophy programme in Applied Art, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning for the academic year 2022-17.

Candidates who want to enrol themselves for JNAFAU Ph.D Programme should necessarily have passed post graduate degree examination of JNAFAU, Hyderabad and/or an examination recognized equivalent by UGC in the concerned discipline. Candidates belonging to the general category should have a minimum of 55 percent marks in aggregate whereas SC/SC/OBC candidates, as per the government norms, get 5 percent relaxation in minimum qualifying marks.

Once done, they need to send the application forms with the required certificates and a demand draft of INR 1000 for general category and of INR 500 for SC/ST candidates in the favour of “The Registrar, JNAFAU”, payable at Hyderabad drawn on any scheduled Bank recognized by RBI.

JNAFAU Ph.D Programme 2022 Selection Procedure

Seats to the candidates in the JNAFAU Ph.D Programme will be allocated based on their performance in the Ph.D Eligibility Entrance Test (PEET) and interview that university conducts.

Candidates who have already cleared the UGC-CSIR/NET/Gate examination are exempted from the written test and will directly be admitted to the programmes based on their performance in the interview.
