Department of History and Culture, Jamia Millia Islamia University organised its annual fest 'Historica 2022’ on March 4 and 5, 2022.
The first day of the event showcased a panel discussion after the opening ceremony, where renowned historians met on a discussion on the assigned subject (s). Consecutively students presented research papers, and the day was ended with the exclusive performances by different colleges in the event ‘Battle of Bands'.
On second day various competitions were held such as:
- Bait Bazi
- Poetry
- Singing
- Treasure Hunt
- Essay
- One Minute Act
- Nukkad Natak
- Heena Art
- Painting etc.
The events for the day was an astounding sufi evening where Nix and ‘Nizami Bandhu' mesmerized the audience by their Qawwali.
