The news about Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) announcing 12th Arts result was doing the rounds of the web for a considerable time now. The result, however, was delayed by 20 days owing to strike by contractual employees of JAC who were demanding regularisation. Ending the long wait of students, JAC finally announced the result of 12th arts. Those who want to check the result can reach out to the official website of JAC.

- Visit the official website of JAC or simply click here
- On the homepage of the website, click on the ‘Result’ link on the top right side of the corner
- A new page will appear, where candidates need to click on the ‘INTER (ARTS) EXAMINATION RESULT – 2022’ link
- A new window will open up where candidates need to fill in ‘Roll code’ and ‘Roll Number’.
- Finally, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- The new page will show the result of the candidate that s/he can save, download and take the printout of the same for future reference.
Earlier, the Jharkhand Academic Council successfully completed the 12 arts exams held between February 17th and March 8th this year. More than 2.5 lakh appeared for the Jharkhand 12th Arts stream and were waiting for the results. After the announcement of results, JAC is to release the toppers list to maintain the complete transparency - as it did last year.
The arts stream result, like any other steam, also shows the dip this year. The pass percentage is 74.19 percent this year as compared to 81.36 percent of last year. Again, in JAC too, girls have a better pass percentage at 76.32 as compared to boys’, which is at 71.33 percent.
The fact worth noticing here is that the results started with a low of 58.74 percent in 2001 and improved considerably to 83.16 percent in 2014 after which it declined second consecutive time this year.
