JCECE 2012: Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination is on 18th May 2012

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) is organized by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB). JCECE is conducted for selection of candidates for admission to first year of Engineering, Medical & Agriculture streams. This examination is conducted for admission into engineering, Medical and Agricultural degree programme in government & private colleges affiliated to JCECE board in Jharkhand state. Following are streams for which JCECE board invites application under exam named JCECE entrance exam Ranchi.

• EngineeringStream: Engineering Degree Course in different Govt./Pvt. Engineering Institutes/Colleges situated in Jharkhand State.
• Medical Stream: MBBS & BDS/Homeopathic Course in Govt. and Pvt. Institutes situated in Jharkhand State.
• Agriculture Stream: Degree Course in Agriculture, Veterinary and Forestry in Birsa Agriculture University, Kanke, Ranchi.

This year, JCECE 2012 will be conducted on 18th May 2012.

Structure & Paper Pattern of JCECE:

Jharkhand engineering entrance exam (JCECE) will be held in two stages: preliminary and final stages.

Stage 1 question paper will have 150 objective question type questions from mathematics, physics and chemistry. There is negative marking for every wrong response in JCECE engineering .
After clearing the first stage, candidates are allowed to appear at the second stage. The second stage exam is the same as the first stage.
