Jamia Invites Applications For Ph D Admissions

The university has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission to its PhD programme on offer in various departments and centres of research and excellence. The application forms for admission can be downloaded from the Jamia Millia Islamia website www.jmi.ac.in  and duly filled in application forms along with required documents accompanied by a crossed demand draft of R1,000 in favour of "Registrar, Jamia Millia Islamia" can be submitted to respective departments and centres of the University by July 8.

Frameboxx and SMU join hands for multimedia and animation course
FRAMEBOXX, animation and visual effects training studios,  has announced that the second intake for its three-year BSc distance education programme in multimedia and animation in partnership with the Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) has commenced for this academic year.

Students with 10+2 are eligible to apply for the course which offers an insight into advanced 2D- and 3-D animation principles.  Students, enrolling for this course, will have access to facilities at Frameboxx training studios, including case studies, research and interaction with industry experts who have worked on numerous award winning animation projects. The course focuses on all key areas of multimedia, animation and design, leading to an in depth understanding of 3D animation and visual effects. Sikkim Manipal University will be overseeing  course quality, training progression, student evaluation and assessment at Frameboxx. Successful candidates will get an SMU degree  with a certificate from FRAMEBOXX.
