ISB Opens Admissions to One-year Programme in Manufacturing and Operations Management

In accordance with the government’s new campaign called ‘Make in India’ which was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Indian School of Business (ISB) launched the one-year programme, known as Certificate Programme in Manufacturing and Operations Management (CPMOM).

As a non-profit organization, the premier B-School, which has campuses in Hyderabad and Mohali, began this course in May 2015. The Certificate Programme in Manufacturing and Operations Management (CPMOM) is a joint initiative of Munjal Institute of Global Manufacturing and the Centre for Executive Education at ISB. The course will be spread across six modules.

The programme will be an effort to promote global practises in the manufacturing and infrastructure sector. The initiative will be useful for mid-level professionals as well as entrepreneurs running small and medium businesses.

“CPMOM would help candidates to have a wholesome picture about the manufacturing sector and prepare them to face challenges in the long term,” said ISB’s Ashok Mittal (Faculty Director for CPMOM).

Students must note that admissions will be conducted on the basis of two rounds.

ISB is known for coming up with distinctive programmes that focus on technology in trade, emerging markets, entrepreneurship and business management in today’s competitive and fast growing economy.

The institute also offers a unique one-year Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), short-duration Executive Education programmes for middle and senior management (CEE), a part-time Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX), a five-year doctoral-equivalent Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), and a masters level Programme for family business successors.
