Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies by informing its students says that Student Technology Forum is organizing the following intra college events on October 18, 2014.
DIAS is organizing these events in collaboration with ‘World Lung Foundation-South Asia’.
Events include:
- Declamation Competition
- Poster Making Competition

- Ms. Disha Verma
- Ms. Roma Jaitly
- Ms. Dimple Chawla
Rules for Declamation Competition
- Topic for the declamation is “Tobacco free India-Reality or a distance dream
- Each participant will get 4+1 minute to speak
- Negative marks will be applied for exceeding time limit
- Judgement will be based on presentation, content and tome taken by the participants
Rules for Poster-making Competition
- On spot theme will be given
- Students will have to bring their own materials like colours, stationary etc.
- A3 sized sheets will be provided by the institute
- Students will get maximum 2 hrs time to prepare the painting and this will be for one round only
- Judgement will be based on creativity and originality of the poster
Awards:
- 1st prize: Rs. 1100/-
- 2nd prize: Rs. 700/-
- 3rd prize: Rs. 500/-
