International workshop on Nanotechnology by SHIATS University

An intensive level international workshop is round the corner. Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences (SHIATS) University in collaboration with University of Missouri will organize a workshop on Green Nanotechnology on August 6-7, 2013.

Green Nanotechnology is an interdisciplinary rapidly developing knowledge base at the interface of agriculture, chemistry, physics, medical sciences, engineering and biological fields.

The International workshop on Green Nanotechnology hosted by the Sam Higgnbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Allahabad (SHIATS: Deemed to be University) in partnership with University of Missouri is the first one of its kind in the Nation. This first ever Monsoon workshop on Green Nanotechnology, in India, will be held in Goa at the picturesque Bogmallo Beach Resort Hotel in Goa from August 6-7, 2013.

This workshop will provide a forum where group discussions, lectures and hands on live experiments and demonstrations will focus on the latest developments of novel Green Nano-technological processes and products.

This workshop is open to corporate executives, policy makers, educators, University and College teachers, engineers, medical doctors and students from Engineering, Science and Medical disciplines.

Registration Fees:

Rs. 5,000/- per person for Corporate, Rs. 3,000/- for Teachers and Rs. 2,000/- for Students. Registration fee covers lunch, coffee, tea and snacks. It does not cover accommodation, breakfast and dinner.
