Important notice regarding short of attendance at RKGIT

Every University sets certain criteria which a student requires to fulfil. Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology is no exception. Institute every year selects and allowed candidates to sit in the exam on the basis of their attendance. It is no doubt a good initiative towards active attention of a student to his/her classes. If a student is concerned about his attendance and values its importance he/she will never flunk.

Keep it in mind Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology sets a minimum required attendance margin below which one wouldn’t be able to sit in an exam and at this part College is very strict to follow the rules. Students should have minimum 75% of attendance to appear in the exams.

This time Institute has noticed that certain candidates who were not able to make their attendance fair enough to sit in the exam.

All HODs are requested to covey the massage to the parents of those candidates whose attendance is below 75%-60% that they wouldn’t be allowed to sit in the 2nd seasonal exams as per colleges’ attendance norms.

The parents of the students whose attendance is below 50% should be called to the College and asked to give a written undertaking.

HOD/Coordinators 1st year will arrange extra classes for them to cover up the required attendance as a last chance.
