Jawaharlal Nehru University or JNU as we know it is a prestigious university in India. The conglomeration of schools under JNU is considered amongst the most respected places to study for higher education in India. The schools under JNU include: School or Arts & Aesthetics, School of Biotechnology, School of Computational & Integrative Sciences, School od Computer & System Sciences, School of Environmental Sciences, School of International Studies, School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies, School of Life Sciences, School of Physical Sciences, School of Social Sciences, Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, Special Centre for Molecular Medicine, Special Centre for Nanoscience and Special Centre for Sanskrit Studies.
For admission to full time programmes in all of the above schools, JNU will conduct entrance exams (JNUEE 2015) in the month of May 2015 across the following cities: Agartala, Aizawl, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bareilly, Bhubaneshwar, Calicut, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Dimapur, Delhi, Gwalior, Gangtok, Gorakhpur, Goa, Guwahati, Secundrabad, Hyderabad, Indore, Itanagar, Imphal, Jammu, Jaipur, Kathihar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Noida, Pondicherry, Pant Nagar, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Sambhalpur, Shillong, Shimla, Silchar, Siliguri, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur, Varanasi, Vijaywada & Vishakhapatnam. JNU will also hold the JNUEE at Kathmandu in Nepal.
