The entrance test for B.Voc. (Gemmology) will be conducted on 5th August 2015 by the Department of Geology, University of Lucknow.
On the basis of the entrance test, results will be announced and further process of admissions will begin.
The counselling session for the B.Voc. (Gemmology) will be held on 11th August, 2015.

Gemmology is the science of dealing with natural and artificial gems and gemstones. It is a branch of minerology. The course offered at the University of Lucknow covers the origins of crystals and gems, their fashioning and use in jewellery, the factors influencing their value and their durability and usage of gemological tools.
