IIT Kharagpur Admission: MHRM 2017 Application Process Begins

The application process of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur’s PG programme in Human Resource Management has started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online until February 19, 2022, following which the selected candidates will be invited for a Written Ability Test and Personal Interview. Final list of selected candidates for admission will be released on March 30, 2022 and classes will commence in July.

IIT Kharagpur Admission: MHRM 2022 Eligibility Criteria

1. The candidate should have completed graduation in engineering stream, or postgraduate degree in science, commerce or humanities and social science from a recognized university or institute.
2. Candidates must secure at least 60 percent marks in aggregate to be eligible to take up this course.
3. The candidate must have appeared in CAT 2022, the national level management entrance examination conducted by IIM.

How to Apply for MHRM Programme?

• Interested candidates can apply online on the official website of IIT Kharagpur by creating a login ID.
• The duly filled in application form will need to be downloaded and sent to the following address by post- The Assistant Registrar, (PGS&R), Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Kharagpur -721302, West Bengal.
• The candidates must attach all the necessary documents including marksheets of previous qualifying exams, CAT 2022 scorecard, proof of date of birth and work experience certificate (if applicable).
• Application fee of INR 1600 (INR 800 in case of reserved category) is required to be paid online through credit/debit card or internet banking.

• Selected candidates will be called for a Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). Given below are the important dates:

Course Fee: It is a self-financing course. The admission and tuition fees per semester are INR 75000 excluding hostel, mess and establishment charges. 

Placements: Prospective employers include manufacturing, IT, service sector, public sector, consulting and NGOs.
