IIM Rohtak’s 6th HR Summit to be held on 8th August 2015

Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak is all set to conduct the 6th Annual HR Summit on 8th August 2015 at the Radha Krishna Auditorium, Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) campus. This year the focus of the summit will be on- HR Systems, Practices and Policies for Knowledge Workforce.

With rapid changes in the organizational and business environments, it has become very important to emphasize on the importance of knowledge workers who are the key contributors of the organizations.

Keeping this objective in mind, the Summit will include sessions and discussions on the following areas:
- Role of Social Media in the Recruitment Process
- Role of Virtual world in Networking
- Ways to develop business sense for HR Professionals
- Challenges in the Recruitment Process of Knowledge-based workforce

The programme will commence at 10:00am and go on till 5:00pm.

Business school students, industry experts, academicians are urged to be part of the Summit where they will be able to exchange ideas and thoughts on one of the most important resource (Human Resource) that any organization possesses.
