IILM Graduate School of Management Conducted HR Conference

IILM Graduate School of Management conducted an HR conference on December 17, 2022, at Greater Noida. They discussed a topic about Virtual Team Dynamics and Role of Leadership for Virtual Team Effectiveness. In these respective topics, the Senior HR Professionals conducted a panel discussion, where the Corporate Heads, the Team Leaders, the Professors and the Students also took part in the panel discussion. the

The topic was all about to establish an effective virtual team, which requires exemplary leadership, creating and maintaining trust, and team building along with open lines of communication among team member. This experimental session focused on exploring leadership with different issues associated with completion of the different task in virtual settings. Specifically, it looked at virtual leadership roles, responsibilities, and competencies identify challenges unique to virtual teams and consider implications for effective virtual team performance. 

The HR Conference 2022 was the flagship event of PGDM HR, IILMGSM. With eminent speakers such as Mr Murlee Dhar Shyamm, Vice President, Ms.HR, RJ Corp Healthcare aMsRuna Maitra, Founder and Director, People Talent Management the event ended with fervour. It was not expected short of a day defined by inspiring speeches and conversation on the heating topic: "Rise of Virtual Team: Sustainability and Effectiveness in a VUCA World".
