IGNOU to Conduct Pre-Admission Counseling to Admission Seekers for 2013

The University began by offering two academic programmes in 1987, i.e., Diploma in Management and Diploma in Distance Education, with a strength of 4,528 students. The University offers about 490 certificate, diploma, degree and doctoral programmes. IGNOU is the world's largest open university with a pan - India and international reach with flexible entry qualifications and an extensive range of academic programmes.

The Student Registration Division (SRD) of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has decided to start pre-admission counseling for prospective students belonging to various academic programmes ranging from Masters degree, Bachelor’s degree, PG diplomas, Diplomas and Certificates.

This is being organized in Block-7, Conference Room at IGNOU headquarters, Maidan Garhi from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM on working days(Mon to Fri) up until the last date of admission i.e. 31st July 2013. An exclusive counter for all entrance test based programmes has also been opened.
