IC-RMS 2013: International Conference at IMS, Ghaziabad

Institute of Management Studies conducted an international conference on November 30, 2013.

Entitled as IC-RMS 2013, it was an international level conference focused on reinvent and redesign business strategies. Topic of the conference was ‘Reinventing Management Strategy: The Design for Future (IC-RMS 2013).

Theme of the conference:

• How today’s organization need to rethink and reinvent their management practices.

• The current business crisis and the underlying causes

• How innovative management practice can become source of competitive advantage for organizations

• How new information technologies and new generation of employees can contribute in changing the approaches of management

Attractions of the conference:

• Best Paper Award was given in every technical session

• There were two cash awards of Rs. 5000/- and 2500/- for research scholar category

• Few selected papers were considered for publication in the journals and conference proceedings
